During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing may take longer.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates (United States Only)
Estimated delivery after shipment: 7–15 business days depending on your location.
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-demand periods.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We may offer:
Free shipping on orders over $80
Flat-rate shipping
Carrier-calculated rates
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us at smarthomeinnovations.store@gmail.com so we can investigate.
Smart Home Innovations is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If your order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, we cannot guarantee delivery or refunds.
7. Notes About US Cross-Border Shipping
Your items are shipped directly from our international suppliers.
While delivery usually occurs within 7–15 business days, occasional delays may happen due to supplier or carrier issues.
