1. Refund & Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Do not send items back without prior approval; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
To exchange, return the item first; once approved, place a new order for the replacement.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

2. Shipping Policy

During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping times are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or other factors.
Shipping Rates
Calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
May include: free shipping on orders over a set amount, flat-rate shipping, or carrier-calculated rates.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Allow 24–72 hours for updates.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Contact the carrier for assistance.
